As COVID-19 forces the closure of some most of your favourite London studios, how can you get your fitness fix in the interim? Barrecore

Barrecore’s Online Workouts are the perfect way to stay on top of your fitness during these uncertain times. Easy to stream on any device - anytime, anywhere. Their expert teachers lead you every step of the way to help you reach your fitness goals.

Offering customised workout programmes that include a beginners’ level option, a “high energy sculpt” and a focus on arms and abs, these are workouts that can really change the body!”

Online classes range from 5 to 60 minutes, and you can also filter by level, body area, teacher and eight different types of Barrecore class, with different ones incorporating elements of HIIT, yoga, Pilates, barre, and of course the signature Barrecore Method exercises.

Boutique gym Core Collective has created a series of on-demand workout videos to stream anytime, anywhere, as part of its new ‘CCTV’ offering. Encompassing the entire C/C offering and falling under 6 categories (Sweat, Train, Strength, Pilates, Yoga, Extras), clients will be able to take part in the incredibly effective and fun workouts C/C have come to be known for, with a range of durations from 5 minutes to 45 minutes.

Core Collective has two participants in every video to show beginners through to advanced modifications so that their videos are accessible to as many people as possible.

Hotpod Yoga

The innovative team at Hotpod Yoga have brought their signature Hotpod Flow classes online with a fully daily schedule accessible to yogis of all abilities. Their team of teachers will lead a series of online flows to help open the body, and focus intentionally on calming your heart and mind as you navigate these changing times.

BLOK

East London legends, BLOK, recognise fitness is an important part of one's physical and mental wellbeing. So they're taking things digital during difficult this time when community members are not able to go to studios.

To start things with a bang, BLOK have launched live stream classes in partnership with Dr. Dre, will soon launch a full digital platform they've coined as BLOKtv.

BLOKtv subscribers will have full access to on-demand and live streamed workouts from over 25 unique classes that encourage cross training. The sessions will be mostly functional fitness workouts, and will require very little equipment.
