    Chilly's

Get ready for your refill. Chilly’s makes getting your 8 cups of water a day easy with its reusable water bottles. On a mission to accelerate the use of reusable products, Chilly’s bottles blend distinctive style with incredible performance.

Founded in 2010 by James Butterfield and Tim Bouscarle, the original chilly bottle aimed to reduce single-use plastic. Made from durable, BPA-free materials, the original Chilly’s bottle keeps drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12; making it easier than ever for people to take a cold drink with them on the go.

Today, Chilly’s bottles have expanded to include a wide range of bottles, coffee cups and food pots. Meanwhile, collaborations with the likes of Liberty London, Emma Bridgewater, an Artist Series and House of Sunny ensure Chilly’s stays at the forefront of creativity and style in the sector.
Chilly’s water bottles have a clever double-walled layer of stainless steel to keep drinks hot and cold for longer. Plus, a leak-proof lid ensures your liquid stays where it’s supposed to.

For chilled drinks, fill your Chilly’s water bottle with cold water from the fridge. You can also fill your bottle directly from the tap and add some ice cubes! To use your Chilly’s bottle for hot drinks, first, fill your bottle with boiling water to pre-heat the inside. Discard the water after a few minutes and fill it with your hot beverage of choice.
Yes! The original Chilly Bottle can keep your hot beverages toasty for up to 12 hours. To maintain the hot temperature of your drinks, keep the lid sealed shut as much as possible.

We also recommend pre-heating your bottle before using it for hot drinks. To do this, simply boil a kettle and fill your Chilly’s bottle with boiling water. Close the lid and let it sit for a few minutes. Pour out the hot water and immediately fill it with your hot beverage.
To preserve the temperature and flavour of your drinks, Chilly bottles are made from high-grade 18/8 stainless steel. This is a chromium-nickel-iron alloy (18% chromium & 8% nickel). On the outside, an advanced powder-coating process creates an extremely durable, high-quality finish that can be decorated in an infinite range of colours and designs.

The Chilly bottle lid is made from a combination of plastic (polypropylene), stainless steel and has a silicone o-ring to prevent leaks and spillages.
No, Chilly’s bottles are not dishwasher-friendly. To keep your Chilly bottle in top condition, we recommend washing your bottle between each use in hot, soapy water. If you do not regularly clean your Chilly’s water bottle you may find it starts to smell.

For a deeper clean, use a mixture of bicarbonate soda and water to neutralise odour and restore the interior stainless steel. Avoid leaving your Chilly bottle to soak. Leave your bottle to dry and store with the lid off.
