Your User admin area is protected by your user name and password, which you should never divulge to anyone else.

In order to be able to offer you Klarna's payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain details of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options to you.

We are using a text messaging platform, which is subject to the following terms and conditions. By opting-in for our text marketing and notifications in, you agree to these terms and conditions.

By entering your phone number in the checkout and initialising a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.

Your phone number, name and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform "SMSBump Inc, an European Union company with office at Sofia, Bulgaria, EU. This data will be used for sending you targeted marketing messages and notifications. Upon sending the text messages, your phone number will be passed to a text messages operator to fulfil their delivery.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you with in any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out. 5. TRANSFERRING YOUR INFORMATION OUTSIDE OF EUROPE

The Sports Edit Limited E-commerce Platform uses Shopify, Inc., a Canadian company, for providing you The Sports Edit Limited E-Commerce Platform, as a result the servers which your information is stored, may be outside of United Kingdom. As part of the services offered to you through Sports Edit Limited E-commerce Platform, the information which you provide to us may be transferred to countries outside the European Union (“EU”). By way of example, this may happen if any of our or third party providers’ servers are from time to time located in a country outside of the EU. Shopify has protections for personal data in every step of its data flow. EEA personal data is received and initially processed by Shopify's Irish entity, Shopify International Ltd. Data is exported from the EEA to Shopify’s Canadian parent entity, Shopify Inc. This export takes place within Shopify’s corporate structure. Data within Shopify Inc. is protected under PIPEDA, Canada’s private sector privacy legislation, which is considered adequate under the GDPR. Shopify Inc. uses a combination of data centers and cloud service providers to store this personal data in the United States and Canada.
